Team Building at the Abbey

On the weekend of June 9-11, the GPLHS board, faculty, staff, and spouses met for a weekend retreat at The Abbey of the Hills. There was some time for R&R. More important, however, was the opportunity the participants had to get to know one another better. This is especially important for board members as they seek to serve and encourage our faculty and staff. The focus and highlight of the retreat was four sessions in which the participants evaluated GPL's ministry and considered opportunities and plans for the future of our school. The items that were identified as strengths and areas for improvement will be incorporated in GPL's next five year strategic plan.
